Reflection on the true meaning of Education

The aim of education is to produce a good man thru spiritual, intellectual, imaginatitive, physical, scientific, linguistic, individually and collectively.

Arabic language, nahu, sorof, translation etc adalah sebahagian dari of revealation knowledge atau religious science, this is what i stand, Revealation. Some might be argue and go for Arabic language is coming from social sciences.

So aku petik status whatsaApp sebelum ni, Pasal pendekatan pendidikan islam oleh Imam Al Ghazali dan juga pandangan al Attas tentang konsep pendidikan, i always amazed dengan pandangan Imam Al Ghazali tentang knowledge and wisdom.

Tingkatan wisdom is highest than knowledge. Where is wisdom coming from? from two madahs.

so that are wisdom (kebijaksanaan)

in class when it comes to topic at Tarbiyyah. I always lecture the lesson from both sides perspective, islamic and western.

I am also talking about pendekatan pendidikan liberal dan juga pandangan prof herry lewis penulis buku “excellence without a soul” tentang problem yang berlaku dalam pendidikan. Does liberal education has a future?
